3. FULFILMENT OF CONTRACT AND SHIPMENT
METHODS
Pellegrineschi C. & C. SNC will provide to ship to the Customers their
own orders, through Courriers or Post.
3.1
Italian Sign's service is fast and reliable. We will always confirm with
you when your items have been shipped out. It normally takes about 2-3
working days with the Courrier and 5-7 Working Days with Registered
Post. Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Contact your
local customs office to request the details of these charges. By law, we
are required to state the correct value of the package.
3.2
If the item shows defects or doesn't correspond to the description, the
Purchaser can send it back within 7 Days from its Delivery,but first has
to contact immediately Pellegrineschi C. & C. SNC,asking for the
repairing or the substitution of the item itself.
The Purchaser must prove the item is clearly defective and the defect
must be declared within 3 Days from the finding out. Pellegrineschi C. &
C. SNC reseve the right to charge the Customer with the shipping costs,
if the item should result to be perfect und good working.
4. PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
The Website system has been created in order to guarantee the down
shipment of the order and to avoid the Customer to wait for its goods
for too long.It shows in real time in its own electronic catalogue the
actual availability of the article.
If an article is out of stock, the system will allow the Customer to buy
only the available quantity.Products Availability is not guaranteed on
Saturdays and Sundays.
5. LIABILITIES
Pellegrineschi C. & C. SNC frees itself from any liability concerning
the lost or damage of the goods during the transportation. From the
moment on Italian Sign consigns the merchandise to the Courrier or the
Post Office, no more liability on the Shop's Charge. If the Customer
receives the goods in bad conditions or damaged, he can take legal
action only against the Courrier Service.
Pellegrineschi C. & C. SNC is not responsible as well as for the
illegal and fraudulent use of credit cards or any other ways of payments
from a third part.
6. PURCHASER'S DUTIES
The Purchaser commits and obliges himself/herself to print and keep
these general conditions of Sale,as soon as the "on line" Purchase
has been executed.
6.1
These general Conditons of Sale can be modified or updated anytime
from Pellegrineschi C. & C. SNC, who will communicate the news
through E-mails.The Purchaser commits and obliges himself/herself to
print and keep the changed Conditions of Sale.
6.2
It is strictly forbidden for the Purchaser to register false data or
to perform multiple registration in the name of the same Customer.
It is prosecutable by law.
6.3
The Customer relieves Pellegrineschi C. & C. SNC srl from any
liability by the emission of wrong data caused by errors made by the
Customer himself/herself.The Purchaser is the only responsible for
his/her own correct registration.
7. REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Italian Sign, you are
responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties,
taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on
both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning
the package to Italian Sign. This amount will be subtracted from
your merchandise refund.

8. AUTHORIZATIONS
Filling in the Payment field the Customer authorizes Pellegrineschi
C. & C. SNC to use his/her own credit card to charge on
Pellegrineschi C. & C. SNC bank account the total amount of the "on
line" Purchase.The whole procedure is totally protect and safe.
If the Purchaser should be refunded, the amount will be credited to
the same credit card.
8.1
Filling in the personal Data field the Customer authorizes Pellegrineschi

number) to the Courrier or Post Office in order to deliver correctly the goods.
9. CANCELLATION OF A CONTRACT
Pellegrineschi C. & C. SNC can cancel a contract simply
communicating the Customer its own decision with fair and justified

Jurisdiction (Foro di Milano), decreto legislativo n° 50 del
15.1.1992 e del decreto legislativo n° 185 del 22.5.1999.
